The Community Linking Program (CLP) is
a component of the Resident Support
Program that is an initiative to support
people with a disability who live in
private residential services such as
supported accommodation facilities;
boarding houses and private aged
rental.
Micah Projects have been funded by
Disability Services Queensland to work
with people who live in these facilities
who have long-term disabilities. The aim
of the Community Linking Project is to
assist people who are socially isolated
to develop or rebuild relationships in the
community through activities that are
meaningful to them.
